We have partnered with the Young County emergency dispatch and sheriff's office to assist in emergency efforts by offering families the opportunity to provide pertinent information to necessary authorities ahead of time. This dispatch form can be printed and filled out at home. You have the option to either bring it to us to give to dispatch or you can drop it off at the dispatch office.

In the case of an emergency, this information will automatically pop up for dispatch to see and relay to responding officers.
