What to expect

Your first visit

A doctor referral is required prior to scheduling an appointment. Once a doctor referral is received, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.

Before the day of your appointment, you will be emailed paperwork to fill out. This paperwork is completed on your computer and sent to us online.

2. Your Evaluation Day

On the day of your evaluation, you will be asked to come approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.


Most evaluations are approximately 1 hour in length. A caregiver is asked to be present during the evaluation.

3. Our Patients Are Our Top Priority

We want you to get the full benefit of the evaluation and be able to give your full attention to the child being evaluated. For that reason, we recommend that the evaluation is attended by at least 1 caregiver and the child being evaluated only. We recommend siblings either be attended by another caregiver in the lobby or arrangements be made for siblings to stay with a caregiver at home.
