Gretchen is Lighthouse's front office coordinator and assists with social media. She graduated from Tarleton State University with her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications in 2011. Gretchen has strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and is very detail-oriented, which helps manage our patients' schedules. She has a passion for fostering warm and inviting relationship-building, and strives for excellence in customer service. Gretchen and her husband, Zack, have two children, Hayden and Payton. The Fenley's moved to the Graham area in 2024, and fell in love with the slower pace and small town atmosphere compared to the busyness of the metroplex.
