Josey is a licensed physical therapist graduating from Hardin-Simmons University Physical Therapy program with her Doctorate in 2021 with her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University. Josey enjoys working at Lighthouse Therapy and the opportunity to treat a variety of patients. She has a strong background in adult orthopedic or musculoskeletal cases as well as treating athletes following injuries and surgeries. She has a variety of manual skills, including soft tissue mobilization with Graston Techniques. She utilizes current evidence based practice techniques to maximize her patient's rehabilitation journey. While Josey is skilled in treating adults, she is also experienced and skilled with treating the pediatric population. Her patient and joyful personality creates a supportive relationship to interact with both the child, their family and caregivers! Movement is medicine!
